Linear Motor

Han Drive linear motors have two types: iron-core and coreless, accommodating requirements from a wide range of the industry. Linear motors with iron cores provide the maximum output per unit volume and adopt an excellent solution to minimize the cogging effect. They are small in shape and low in suction, replacing most coreless applications, and are applied widely in various fields such as the intelligent manufacturing industry, which requires high precision and speed. Coreless linear motors do not have winding slots, and there is no attraction between the coil assembly and the magnetic circuit, creating an absolutely zero cogging effect. These characteristics are especially suitable for applications that require light load, high acceleration, extremely low bearing friction, and constant speed motion at ultra-low speed.
