FOG Bonding Machine
• It is widely applied in 3C field such as dispensing, backlight assembly, welding, bonding and other types of equipment. • It mounts FPC or IC on the glass panel, and arranges 6 production units automatically by DDR motor. The manipulator automatically completes feeding, aligning, pressing and blanking.
